In case, you are not satisfied with our services, we have 7 days replacement policy* same as another marketplace. Kindly go through all the conditions cited in the product before purchasing it, it delivers all the details about the services or the product you buy.

If dissatisfied with our product quality, customers have the right to ask for a replacement with 7 days. Our return and cancellation policy is as follows:

You can replace the product in case of a manufacturing defect. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise
replacement the request on a
Website/App/Mobile site within 7 days of receiving the product.

In the event, the Items are delivered to you any of the following items:

Items that are physically damaged or defective;
Items that vary from the description;
Items that are wrongly delivered;
Wrong Color;
Wrong Style;
Wrong Size; or
Wrong Quantity;
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

When is replacements acceptable?

Drivenation will provide a Replacement only if one is requested within 7 business days of the delivered date of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

*Wrong product received (Images Mandatory).

*Damaged product received (Images mandatory).

In such cases, we require that Items should not be installed or used. All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

Cancellation of orders:

You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to order@………. or Call………from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank. If you have a Quality or color issue you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacements please email our customer care executive at order@. ……….Or Call……….in along with your complete order details and issues. once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. If you wish to change the product then you will be charged Rs. 100 for the same. We can help you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.


Shipping Policy:

Once order is confirmed, below is the timeline based on which orders will be shipped and delivered.
STANDARD Badges – Will be shipped in 2 business days and takes 3-5 business days to reach you.
CUSTOM Badges – Will be shipped in 3-4 business days and take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
